Inauguration of Idukki District Forensic Science Laboratory, Kaliyar
The foundation stone laying of the newly constructed police buildings in different districts of the state and the inauguration of the completed buildings will be held on March 6, 2022 at 12.00 noon. Pinarayi Vijayan performed them through video conferencing. The function also includes the District Forensic Science Laboratory at Kaliyar in Idukki district.

The District Forensic Science Laboratory will play a vital role in expediting the scientific analysis of crime in the district and bringing the perpetrators to justice.
