     The Police Stations which comes under Peerumedu Police Subdivision are Mullapperiyar (Headed by a DySP under the direct supervision of District Police Chief), Kumily, Vandiperiyar, Peerumedu, Upputhara, Peruvanthanam and Vagamon.
